Who is responsible
The data controller is EURL RDESCAMPS, 71 rue de Chorette, 59158 Maulde, France, publisher of this website. For any question about your data: hachedelancer@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
A brochure request
- Data
- Name, company, email, and, if you give them, phone number and message.
- Why
- To send you the brochure and reply to you. The request reaches us by email; the website does not store it.
- Kept for
- For as long as we are in touch, and at most three years after our last contact.
A player account
- Data
- Display name, email, password (stored encrypted), photo if you add one, language, venues you play at.
- Why
- To keep your Competition scores, rank you and let you play on DigiThrow Online. A venue can create your account at the bar with your name and email: your login details are then sent to you by email.
- Kept for
- For as long as the account exists. It is deleted at your request.
Your scores, in public
- Data
- Display name, photo, and for each Competition game: score, date and venue.
- Why
- Leaderboards, your thrower page, the venue's page, its TV and its widgets show them: that is what the Competition is about. Choose a nickname if you prefer; a score can be hidden from “My space”.
- Kept for
- For as long as the account exists. When it is deleted, your name is removed from the leaderboards.
A venue account
- Data
- Name and email of the manager and employees, password (stored encrypted), venue name and city, and its contact details, social links and logo if provided.
- Why
- To run the lanes, the dashboard and the venue's page, and to bill the subscription. Payment goes through Stripe: we never see your card.
- Kept for
- For the length of the subscription. Invoices, ten years, as the law requires.
The Photo game
- Data
- The photo sent from your phone through the lane's QR code. No account, no IP address stored.
- Why
- To show it on the target during the game.
- Kept for
- Deleted automatically after the game, by the following night at the latest.
Camera images
- Data
- Images of the target taken by a lane's camera. A person may appear in them.
- Why
- To improve detection, only in venues that agree to it. Only the DigiThrow team sees them; they are never published.
- Kept for
- For as long as it takes to train the detection models.
What goes through the lanes
- Data
- Names typed on the kiosk for a game, messages sent from the bar to the target, orders placed from the lane (without names) and the lane's technical logs.
- Why
- To show the bar each lane's status, pass on its commands and orders, and spot failures.
- Kept for
- With the lane's history. Technical logs, 15 days.
Signing in to your account
- Data
- IP address and browser of each session.
- Why
- To protect your account.
- Kept for
- With your account. A session expires after 30 days.
Audience measurement
- Data
- Pages viewed, the site you came from, your country, your language and your type of device. No cookies, no IP address kept.
- Why
- To know which pages are read, in order to improve the website. Only visitors who are not signed in are counted.
- Kept for
- 25 months at most.
What we don't do
No advertising, no trackers from other sites, no mailing list, and no data sold or rented.
Legal basis
Accounts, the subscription and the services you request are based on the contract (the terms of use or the terms of sale); account security, audience measurement and improving detection, on our legitimate interest; keeping invoices, on a legal obligation.
Who else has access
Your data is used only by DigiThrow and by the providers that run the service:
- OVHcloud hosts the website and its database, in France (Gravelines).
- IONOS carries the emails sent by the website.
- Google (Gmail) hosts the mailbox where brochure requests arrive.
- Stripe handles payment and invoices for venue subscriptions.
- The venue where you play sees your games on its lanes and your display name.
- In countries where DigiThrow has a reseller, the reseller sees the venues it serves and their statistics.
Google and Stripe may process data outside the European Union, within the framework set by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
The website only uses cookies it needs to work: that is why it does not ask for your consent.
- Sign-in:
- keeps you signed in, for 30 days at most.
- Language:
- remembers the language you chose, for the length of your visit.
- In your browser only:
- DigiThrow Online settings and games, your mini-game name, dashboard display preferences.
- Country:
- remembers the country you chose for the prices shown, for one year. On your first visit, the country is guessed from your IP address, on our server, without it being stored or shared (DB-IP geolocation database).
- Audience measurement:
- we count visits anonymously with Umami, installed on our own server: no cookies, your IP address is not kept, and nothing is passed on to third parties. Only visitors who are not signed in are counted.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, and get a copy of it.
Your name, email and photo can be changed in “My account”, and a score can be hidden from “My space”.
For anything else, including deleting your account, write to hachedelancer@gmail.com: we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted, and site administration is restricted to the DigiThrow team.
