Terms of Use
The rules for using the DigiThrow website: thrower account, leaderboards, DigiThrow Online, mini-game and Photo game.
Version of November 2, 2026
This text is translated for your convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Who and what
The DigiThrow website is published by EURL RDESCAMPS (71 rue de Chorette, 59158 Maulde, France), referred to as “DigiThrow”. These terms apply to anyone who uses it, with or without an account. Services for players are free.
Creating an account or using the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Your thrower account
You create your account on the website, or a venue creates it for you at the bar with your name and email. One account per person, with an accurate email address. Your login details are personal: keep them confidential.
You can create an account on your own from age 15. Under that age, a parent's consent is required, and the parent is responsible for the account. For minors, a nickname is recommended. The minimum age to throw is set by each venue.
3. Public scores and leaderboards
Your display name, your photo and your Competition scores are public: leaderboards, thrower page, venue page, its TV display and its widgets. A score can be hidden from “My space”.
Scores and leaderboards are for information only and have no official value. DigiThrow may correct or remove a score that is clearly wrong or obtained by cheating.
4. Code of conduct
It is forbidden to:
- choose a name or photo that is offensive or shocking, or that impersonates someone else;
- publish content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others;
- cheat, in particular with an automated program, on DigiThrow Online or in the mini-game;
- try to disrupt the website, get around its protections or access other people's accounts.
5. The Photo game
A lane's QR code lets you send a photo from your phone to display it on the target. The sender is responsible for it: they must have the right to it, and the consent of the people who appear in it. Shocking or unlawful photos are prohibited. Nothing is checked in advance; the photo is deleted automatically after the game, by the following night at the latest.
6. Account suspension and deletion
If these rules are breached, DigiThrow may hide content, or suspend or delete the account concerned. You can delete your account at any time, as explained in the privacy policy.
7. Availability and liability
The website is provided as is, with no guarantee of permanent availability. DigiThrow is not liable for indirect damages related to its use.
Play at a venue takes place under the responsibility of the venue, which sets its rules and looks after its customers' safety.
8. Intellectual property
The website, its games, its mini-game and their visuals belong to DigiThrow; you may use them for your personal use only. Your profile photo remains yours: you authorize DigiThrow to display it within the service for as long as your account exists.
9. Your data
What the website collects, why, for how long, and your rights: see the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
DigiThrow may update these terms. The version online applies; a significant change will be brought to your attention on the website or by email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts are those designated by law.
